Are You Ready to Learn How to Be a Global Person of Influence?
Good day, my friends—Pete Kane here, your certified High Performance Coach and host of over 400 podcasts.
Let’s talk about something that could change the course of your business and your life: becoming a global person of influence.
The Foundation: High Performance Habits
Before we talk global, let’s talk fundamentals. If you want to lead on a worldwide stage, you must master your habits.
I’m talking about the five High Performance Habits from my mentor, Brendon Burchard: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, and Influence. These aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the bedrock.
Clarity means knowing where you’re going.
Energy—both mental and physical—is what keeps you going.
Courage is the muscle you build every time you step outside your comfort zone.
Productivity is about working smarter, not just harder.
And influence? That’s how you open doors you didn’t even know existed.
Productivity Hack: Three Days in One
Want to double—or triple—your output? Think of your day in three six-hour “mini-days.” If you work with focus, batch your tasks, and eliminate distractions, you’ll outperform most people still living in a 24-hour mindset.
Build Before You Scale
Too many entrepreneurs try to put up the skyscraper before pouring the concrete. Build your foundation first. I’m giving away a $300 High Performance Mastery Course because I know how critical that base is. Once it’s set, you can scale to whatever height you dare.
Act Local, Think Global
The internet has eliminated borders. I’ve got a team in the Philippines 12 hours ahead of me, and we’re creating value around the clock. Your product, service, or message can be seen, heard, and felt anywhere in the world—but you need a strategy. One video every month won’t cut it. Speed wins now.
Why Curiosity is Your Best Friend
When you meet people, don’t overwhelm them with everything you do. Build curiosity. I’ve started conversations with something as simple as wearing two different colored shoes. That small hook can open the door for deeper connection. Remember, people do business with those they know, like, and trust—and you have to earn your spot in that circle.
The Demand Game
Business boils down to this: massive demand + limited supply = opportunity. Work on your demand engine every day. Deliver value so good your clients can’t help but tell the world about you.
Follow the Clues
If you want to see how global influence works in practice, follow Daniel Priestley and his “Key Person of Influence” framework. Success leaves clues—study them, apply them, and watch what happens.
Stop Waiting, Start Doing
I hear it all the time: “I’ll start when…”. That’s just fear in disguise. Perfectionism is the enemy of progress. Jeff Bezos said it best—make decisions when you have 60–70% of the information. The rest you figure out along the way.
If you want momentum, join my Starter Pack 10—ten podcasts in 30 days. That’s ten chances for people to start the know-like-trust journey with you. And once you get rolling, you’ll realize it’s not as hard as you thought.
The Bottom Line
AI is changing the game. Speed, adaptability, and creativity will separate those who thrive from those who get left behind. Learn to leverage your time, your skills, and your failures. Build your foundation with high performance habits, then scale with intention.
The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. Take it. Be bold. Make an impact. And have fun doing it.
