My 3 Mini Days in One Day Productivity Strategy
My 3 Mini Days in One Day Productivity Strategy
Good day, friends — Pete Kane here, Podcast Pete, Certified High Performance Coach.
I want to share with you one of my all-time favorite strategies. It’s the hack that transformed how I work, how I live, and how I win at life and business. I call it “My 3 Mini Days in One Day” strategy.
Most people get 7 days a week. I get 21. Imagine what would happen if you multiplied your productivity threefold — that’s what this system does for me, and it can do it for you.
Why Three Days in One?
For over 100 years, we’ve lived by the same 24-hour model of a day. But here’s the truth: the world has changed. We’ve got electricity, the internet, AI, and tools that give us leverage like never before — yet most people are still living by the old rules.
When I shifted my perspective, it felt like the world opened up. Think of it like Tom Brady on the football field: while everyone else is playing the same game, he’s moving with precision, strategy, and control — that’s why he keeps winning. That’s how I approach my days now.
The Breakdown of My 3 Mini Days
Day One: 3:30 AM – 9:30 AM
This is my foundation block.
Hydrate, think, journal, plan, implement.
Skip distractions like email first thing — protect your brainpower for what matters.
Exercise while feeding my mind with Growth Day content (thank you Brendan Burchard).
Knock out my top 3 to-dos early — that momentum is gold.
Collaborate with my team (“two peas in a pod” Trex and Orlando) and start creating content.
By the end of this block, I’ve already done what many do in a whole day.
Day Two: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This is my creation block.
Coaching sessions, course creation, podcast editing, and guest interviews.
PT and OT for my own growth and health.
Phone calls, networking, and meaningful conversations.
This is where I actively build and create, not just consume.
Day Three: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
This is my renewal block.
Meditation and brain decluttering.
Decluttering my environment and simplifying systems (because simplicity scales).
Evening rituals: light dinner, screen-free downtime, visualization for the next day.
Early to bed (around 8:00 PM) so I’m fully recharged for the next cycle.
Why It Works
Breaking my day into three mini days gives me:
Clarity on what matters most.
Energy from proper rest and exercise.
Courage to take bold action.
Productivity from tight, focused sprints.
Influence by showing up consistently and powerfully online and offline.
This system keeps me moving forward faster than most — because I’m effectively tripling my chances to reset, refocus, and restart within a single day.
Your Gift
I believe in giving before asking. That’s why I’m offering you my High Performance Habits Mastery Course ($300 value) for free.

The world is changing fast. If you want a brighter future filled with clarity, energy, courage, productivity, and influence, it starts with how you spend your days.
Why live 7 days a week when you could live 21?
Be bold,
Pete Kane
