My Key to More Time, Work, and Personal Freedom
My Key to More Time, Work, and Personal Freedom
What if the path to true freedom—freedom of time, work, and personal life—wasn’t about working harder, but about aligning with the right habits and human drivers?
In a recent talk, I shared what I believe is the foundation of lasting freedom, and it starts with four key drivers: aliveness, connection, meaningful pursuit, and personal growth. These aren’t just abstract concepts—they’re the fuel that powers how we show up each day.
Building Freedom Through Daily Practices
My mornings set the tone for everything. I hydrate, I journal, I lean into personal development, and then I plan my day. This ritual gives me clarity and energy, creating the space for me to live and work on my terms.
When you find joy in the work you do and build habits that support growth, you move closer to real freedom.
The Silver Plan: Freedom in Action
We’ve designed a three-tiered coaching model—bronze, silver, and gold—but the Silver Plan is the sweet spot for many. At its core are the five high-performance habits:
Clarity
Energy
Courage
Productivity
Influence
These habits, originally taught by Brendon Burchard and backed by over 25 years of research, are life-changing when practiced consistently. Twice a month, I coach clients on mastering these principles. The other two sessions focus on creating a content strategy for freedom—because in today’s digital age, becoming a key person of influence online is essential.
The 7-11-4 Rule: Becoming a Key Person of Influence
Daniel Priestley’s 7-11-4 model is one of the most powerful frameworks for influence:
People need to consume at least 7 hours of your content
They need to engage with 11 buying signals
They need to see you across 4 different platforms
When you combine this strategy with high-performance habits, you build demand for your services while keeping supply under control—a true recipe for freedom.
Tools, Resources, and Transformation
Alongside coaching, we provide access to digital courses on productivity, journaling, podcasting, goals, and more—valued at over $3,000. These resources give you the skills and structure to design your future, not just drift into it.
The Path Forward
Freedom isn’t accidental—it’s intentional. It’s built step by step through habits, influence, and strategic growth. If you’re serious about creating transformation in your life, I invite you to schedule a strategy session. Together, we’ll focus on clarity, energy, courage, productivity, and influence—the building blocks of your freedom.
Spots are limited, but the opportunity for transformation is open.
