3M’s: Moments, Marketing, and Motivation

I’m writing this from my sister’s patio, where I often plan, reflect, and map out the week ahead. Today, I want to share something I’ve been living by for decades — what I call the 3M’s: Moments, Marketing, and Motivation. In this post, we’ll focus on Marketing, but not in the traditional sense of ads and campaigns. I’m talking about how you market yourself, your time, and your energy to create the best version of you.


Redefining a Day: 3 Days in 1

For over 100 years, we’ve treated time the same way: 24 hours in a day. Yet, with the internet, AI, and technology moving at lightning speed, why haven’t we reimagined how to use those 24 hours?

Here’s my approach: I divide my day into three 5-hour blocks.

  • Block 1: 3:30 AM – 8:30 AM → My genius zone. Journaling, planning, and deep creative work.

  • Block 2: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM → Execution and strategy.

  • Block 3: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM → Teamwork, projects, and finishing strong.

When I run my life this way, I don’t just get 7 days in a week — I get 21 days of productivity. Imagine what that does for your momentum, clarity, and growth.


Create More, Consume Less

Here’s the truth: most of us spend too much time consuming. TikTok, endless scrolling, binge-watching — it eats away at our potential. We weren’t born just to consume. We were born to create.
