With over 40 years of experience in the natural products industry, Jay Tubb is a true veteran and passionate advocate for holistic wellness. His journey began in 1982 at the Natural Foods Co-op in Richmond, Virginia, where he quickly rose from team member to buyer and department manager for several stores. His natural talent for sales and relationship-building led him into outside sales, taking him to New England to represent respected brands like Boiron Homeopathic and Natrol Vitamins.
Jay eventually launched his own brokerage, Prosper Natural Sales, serving the New England market with integrity and purpose. In 2010, he returned to Virginia to represent Source Naturals, Planetary Herbals, and Host Defense medicinal mushrooms—continuing his commitment to high-quality natural health solutions.
In 2013, Jay joined Wildfire Sales, managing the Southern Mid-Atlantic region, including Washington, DC, Virginia, and North Carolina. His expertise earned him the role of Key Account Manager for the Earth Fare chain in 2016, a position he held until their closure in early 2020. In 2018, Wildfire Sales was acquired by the Impact Group, expanding Jay’s reach and influence on a national scale.
